coconut‘Clean and Lean’ trainer Nathalie shares her favourite coconut smoothie recipe

This is my favourite smoothie that I drink a couple of times a week:

Ingredients

100g Coyo (coconut yoghurt)
200 ml JaxCoco
1 banana
A large handful of frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

Method

Just blend all the ingredients together in a vitamix and enjoy!
